- You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online.
- Orders received before 12pm are generally dispatched the next day using Fast Way/Aramex on a courier tracked service. Please note boxes and rural addresses may take longer
- You will be emailed a tracking details when your order is sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become available.
- Packages are sent on a tracked non-signature delivery service. If you have special instructions for delivery, including gate codes, where to leave your package or if you would like signature required - please leave us notes in the order comments when checking out.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final.

If a Refund Is agreed to buy Dime City a $10 fee for Admin and Fees occurred applies.
Damaged Packages
If packages are damaged upon receipt, please DO NOT open the carton and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.
